honestly don’t even waste your time moving to prestige , because god forbid you have a maintenance issue it will never get resolved i only been living here for 3 months and i already know im not renewing my lease, 2 weeks in my floors got messed up and i literally been begging them to fix it and 2 and 1/2 months later they are still not fixed and they’re getting worse. and the most annoying thing is i watch them fix all the empty apartments and give them nice floors almost everyday in my building and it’s so frustrating. I put multiple work orders and they will mark them as completed but never even show up. i’m missing cabinets and smh it’s just a big mess , just rent somewhere they will actually care about you
