Since 2015, Prestige Estates has been redefining multifamily property management with a clear focus on revitalization, community building, and long-term value creation. Our journey began with the acquisition of a 37-unit property in Fort Lauderdale, where we successfully transformed a distressed portfolio into a vibrant, thriving community. This early success proved that with vision, dedication, and the right strategy, even the most challenging properties can be turned around. From those beginnings, we developed a proven approach renovate, stabilize, and grow that continues to drive our expansion today. Our portfolio has since grown to nearly 1,000 units across North Miami, each managed with the highest standards of care, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
