How Much Does A One Bedroom Apartment Cost Per Month?
A one bedroom, one bathroom apartment ranges from $1,125 to $1,300 per month depending on the building.
How Much Does A Three Bedroom Apartment Cost Per Month?
A three bedroom, two bathroom apartment ranges from $1,750 to $2,100 per month depending on the building.
How Much Does A Two Bedroom Apartment Cost Per Month?
A two bedroom, one bathroom or two bathroom apartment ranges from $1,400 to $1,500 per month depending on the building.
Is There A Dishwasher In The Unit?
Most units do not have a dishwasher. Our newest building Prestige Waterfront will come with a dishwasher.
Is Water, Trash and Sewage Included In The Monthly Rent?
Yes.
What Amenities Do You Offer?
We have a pool and gym at some of our buildings.
What Are My Move In Payment Options?
New residents have two options: pay first month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit OR first month, security deposit and $175 insurance deposit.
What Are The Approval Requirements For New Residents?
Household monthly income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. All applicants must have no evictions or criminal record.
What Fees Are Associated With Applying For A Lease?
All applicants are subject to an $85 application fee and upon approval a $250 administration fee.
What Is The Renter Responsible For In Terms Of Maintenance And Repair?
The landlord shall be responsible for repairs in or about the premises unless specifically stated otherwise under the terms of the lease. We offer a maintenance request portal to schedule and manage all residents maintenance and repair requests.
